Exchange & Return Policy
You may return or exchange items of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

the item has not been used or worn,

its original condition, consumer properties, seals, tags, and packaging are preserved,

and proof of purchase is available.
Return shipping costs for items of proper quality are covered by the buyer. If the item does not meet the required quality, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged or Returned

Items used for photo or video shoots;

Items with removed or missing tags or labels;

Items without proof of purchase;

Custom-made items made to your specifications;

Swimsuits and lingerie;

Gift cards.
Please note: The seller reserves the right to decline any exchange or return if the item does not comply with the rules above; such items will be sent back to the customer.
