Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

Delivery within Ukraine:

All orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your address. The cost of delivery is calculated individually based on Nova Poshta's tariffs. The declared value of the package equals the order value. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer and are not included in the order price.

International Delivery:

All international orders are shipped from Ukraine via Nova Poshta. We do not ship orders to Russia or Belarus. The estimated delivery time for international orders is 20-30 days. We are not responsible for customs delays. The cost of international delivery is paid prior to shipping based on the delivery service’s tariffs.
